Did you know in 2018, when we opened the doors to our roastery in Canton, Georgia, we never planned to include a functioning coffee shop?
The original plan was to solely roast coffee beans imported from our family farms in Honduras to sell online. The roastery in Canton, Georgia would serve as our operations headquarters where we would roast, package, and ship coffee.
Turns out the people of Cherokee County were far more interested in specialty coffee beans than we ever realized. Before we knew it, more and more people started pulling into the driveway and coming into the roastery to ask how they could try our coffee. That’s when we knew it was time to get serious about adding a coffee shop to our space.
Our Roastery & Café
Surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the North Georgia mountains and pine trees lies our little coffee shop right off Holly Springs Parkway; a quick hop, skip, and a jump from the interstate.
Looking from the road, you’ll find what looks to be someone’s home (okay, for some of us, that’s kind of true), but don’t let looks fool you! Once you pull up into the driveway, you’ll also see our giant 4,500 square foot roastery and our adorable outdoor seating area. Then, once you take a step inside the roastery, you’ll be met with ocean blue and crystal white tiling – an homage to the design style of homes and buildings found in Honduras. Alongside our incredibly talented interior designer, we’ve worked hard to cultivate a space that not only brings you a sense of joy but also represents our gorgeous farmlands.
