Nationwide Shipping Policy

We’re happy to offer $5 flat-rate shipping on all retail orders and FREE shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the carrier. Alma Coffee is not responsible for packages lost in transit, delayed by the carrier, misdelivered, or damaged during shipping.If an issue occurs, we will gladly help you file a claim with the carrier; however, Alma Coffee will not provide refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues.

Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, Alma Coffee will not be responsible for refunding or replacing the product, even if the package is not returned to us.

International Shipping Policy

As a small business, we offer international shipping by inquiry only. Shipping rates are based on real-time carrier pricing. Please note that duties, taxes, and import fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to ongoing global shipping and customs challenges, we have disabled automatic international checkout. We are still happy to assist with international orders—just know that:

  • Alma Coffee is not responsible for packages held, delayed, or rejected by customs, or for any import charges.

  • Alma Coffee will not issue refunds or replacements for orders lost due to customs rejection, incorrect international addresses, unpaid import fees, or carrier-related issues.

  • We strongly encourage customers to review their country’s import policies before placing an order.
