  • Supplies Needed:

    • 34oz French Press
    • 40g (~2.5 tbsp) of Cascara
    • 750ml of Boiling Water
    • Timer


    4 Cups of Cascara Tea (6oz)

    Please multiply accordingly

  • Instructions:

    1. Measure out 40 grams of cascara (~2.5 tbsp)
    2. Pour the cascara into the bottom of the empty French Press. If you want to go above and beyond, pre heat the French Press with boiling water prior to pouring the cascara inside
    3. Pour 750ml of boiling water evenly over the cascara and stir with a spoon to make sure all cascara pieces are submerged in water
    4. Place the French Press plunger on top of the French Press without plunging and let the cascara steep for 8-10 minutes
    5. After 8-10 minutes, plunge the press
    6. Get ready to be caffeinated!
