  • Supplies Needed:

    • 34oz French Press
    • 50g of Cascara
    • 750ml of Boiling Water
    • Timer

    Servings:

    4 Cups of Cascara Tea (6oz)

    Please multiply accordingly

  • Instructions:

    1. Measure out 50 grams of cascara
    2. Pour the cascara into the bottom of the empty French Press. If you want to go above and beyond, pre heat the French Press with boiling water prior to pouring the cascara inside
    3. Pour 400ml of boiling water evenly over the cascara and stir with a spoon for about 20 seconds to fully saturate. Then add the remaining 350ml of water and allow it to steep for 3 minutes.
    4. After 3 minutes, plunge the press
    5. Enjoy it hot for a comforting tea-like cup or let it cool slightly before pouring over ice to preserve its natural sweetness and vibrant character.
