Coffee Description

Arisarina is a coffee producer cooperative located in the highlands of the Goya Province in Sumatra. The cooperative's goal to improve the quality of coffee that grows in the Gayo highlands as well as maintaining and preserving the ecosystem as a place to grow high quality coffee. This region is actually considered one of the biggest arabica coffee regions in southeast Asia! We fell in love with this cooperative because it is 100% managed by local farmers and is composed of over 2,000 members!

As our first coffee from Asia, we absolutely love how well balanced and delicious this coffee is! We keep calling it "fall in a cup" due to its tasting notes of cinnamon tea, cran-apple juice, and cedar oil.
