Learn to Brew Alma

Serving size: 1 cup

Step 1: Place a V60 approved filter inside the V60

Step 2: Purge the filter with boiling water to preheat and cleanse the filter. Pour out the water and place filter back inside the V60

Step 3: Using freshly ground coffee resembling the consistency of table salt, place 20 grams (4 tsp) of coffee into the filter

Step 4: Using a gooseneck kettle, pre-infuse the coffee by pouring 50 ml (1/4 cup) of water into the center of the filter using a circular motion

Step 5: Continue using a circular motion and pour the remaining 283 ml (1.25 cup) of water into the V60

Step 6: Allow coffee to extract through the filter, remove the filter, and enjoy Alma!

Serving Size: 1 Cup

Step 1: Place a Chemex approved filter inside the Chemex with the 3 layered portion resting on the spout

Step 2: Purge the filter with boiling water to preheat and cleanse the filter. Pour out the water and place filter back inside the Chemex

Step 3: Using freshly ground coffee resembling the consistency of sea salt, place 20 grams (4 tsp) of coffee into the filter 

Step 4: Using a gooseneck kettle, pre-infuse the coffee by pouring 50 ml (1/4 cup) of water into the center of the filter using a circular motion 

Step 5: Continue using a circular motion and pour the remaining 283 ml (1.25 cup) of water into the Chemex

Step 6: Allow coffee to extract through the filter, remove the filter, and enjoy Alma!

SERVING SIZE: 1 CUP

Step 1: Using freshly ground coffee resembling the consistency of coarse sea salt, place 20 grams (4 tsp) of coffee into the french press 

Step 2: Pour 50 ml (1/4 cup) of water into the french press

Step 3: Mix the coffee and water together and insert the plunger so that it barely breaks the surface of the coffee

Step 4: Steep for 3 minutes, press the plunger all the way down, and enjoy Alma!
