Returns

We roast our specialty coffee carefully, ensuring that it is at optimal freshness by the time it reaches your door. For this reason we can not accept returns on our coffee and/or cascara. If you would like to return a 'merch' item please contact us using the form below.

Damaged Items

The highest quality is our top priority. If you receive your products and they are damaged, please send us photos and details at wecare@myalmacoffee.com

Shipping

We currently ship anywhere within the Continental U.S. and Canada. We offer free shipping on domestic orders within the continental U.S that are above $45. If you would like to purchase our products and have them shipped somewhere else, please contact us and we can work with you directly. Please note orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Upon checkout, please double check your shipping address to avoid a secondary shipping fee.
