Specialty Coffee Cold Brew

 Ingredients:

- 6oz medium course ground coffee
- 5 cups cold water

    Serving Size: 6, 48oz

     

    Instructions:

    Step 1: Combine ground coffee and water in cold brew container
    Step 2: Stir mixture and let steep for 6-24 hours in refrigerator
    Step 3: Strain out grounds
    Step 4: Add ice, milk, and sugar to taste. Serve and enjoy!

    Note: Keep refrigerated. Lasts 1-2 weeks in refrigerator. 

    Cascara 'Dried Coffee Cherry Husk' Tea

     Ingredients:

    - 18g cascara (½ cup)
    - 300g of 200° water

      Serving Size: 1 

       

       

      Instructions:

      Step 1: Combine ingredients in heatproof kettle or pot and stir
      Step 2: Steep mixture for 4 minutes and stir
      Step 3: Allow mixture to steep for another 4 minutes, strain, serve, and enjoy!
      Step 4: Add milk and sugar to taste

      Note: Can be enjoyed hot or iced.

      Qishr Cascara Tea

       Ingredients:

      - 18g cascara (½ cup)
      - 300g of 200° water
      - 1tbsp sugar
      -1 tsp freshly grated ginger
      - ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

        Serving Size: 1 

        Instructions:

        Step 1: Combine ingredients in heatproof kettle or pot and stir
        Step 2: Steep mixture for 4 minutes and stir
        Step 3: Allow mixture to steep for another 4 minutes, strain, serve, and enjoy!
        Step 4: Add milk and sugar to taste

        Note: Can be enjoyed hot or iced.

        Cascara Simple Syrup

         Ingredients:

        - 1 cup cascara
        - 1 cup packed light brown sugar
        - 1 cup water

          Serving Size: 16oz

           

           

          Instructions:

          Step 1: Place ingredients in a small saucepan over medium high heat
          Step 2: Stir mixture until brown sugar has completely dissolved
          Step 3: Remove from heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes
          Step 4: Strain the syrup and allow to cool

          Note: Can be enjoyed in a variety of cocktails & mixed drinks. Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 month.

          Cascara Mimosa

           Ingredients:

          - ½ oz cascara simple syrup
          - 3oz dry champagne or prosecco

            Serving Size: 1

             

             

            Instructions:

            Step 1: Pour cascara syrup into the bottom of a champagne flute
            Step 2: Pour champagne at an angle into the glass so that it lies on top of the syrup
            Step 3: Serve and enjoy!

            Note: Add more or less syrup to taste.
