For chocolate lovers, our mocha chocolate combined with strawberry makes for a delectable Chocolate Covered Strawberry Latte. To create this steamy beverage, mix 0.4 ounces of mocha chocolate, 0.4 ounces of strawberry syrup, and 1 ounce of fresh espresso. Fill the rest of your mug with steamed milk of your choice. For extra sweetness, top it with whipped cream (maybe even some sprinkles!). These measurements are for a standard 6oz serving, so feel free to double the recipe if you please.
If you prefer an iced latte, mix 1 ounce of mocha chocolate syrup, 1 ounce of strawberry syrup, and 2 ounces of fresh espresso for a 16 ounce serving. Add ice and milk of your choice.
Another great drink option is a Strawberry Vanilla Latte. For a hot latte, mix 0.4 ounces of vanilla rosemary syrup, 0.4 ounces of strawberry syrup, and 1 ounce of fresh espresso. Fill the rest of your mug with steamed milk of your choice. Keep in mind these measurements are for a standard 6 oz serving, so feel free to double it if that's more your speed.

To spice up your special Valentine's Day drink, try adding strawberry cold foam to top it off! Cold foam tastes best on iced drinks. Use 1 ounce of strawberry syrup, 2-3 ounces of half and half, froth until foamy, and pour over ice. If you want to add color to your cold foam, a dash of beet root powder will turn the cold foam pink.
